Pros
Job is fun, its easy if youre good at time management. Youre on your own all day, can listen to headphones. no one bothers you if youre doing your job.
Cons
Alot of work, long hours, very repetative. Depending on which building youre in culture sucks and management sucks. Product gets very heavy when you have big orders. Not a lot of room for growth unless you can move. Sometimes the number you have to hit is too high.
