      Good for college Campus and connections, fun job at times and hours are flexible.

      Can be stressful and micro managed, reports get annoying and your boss can stand you up sometimes

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
