      - Work culture is really good. - Get to make a lot of contacts ( basically good networking) - Decent salary for college students. - Get to organise and attend Red Bull Events.

      - Scarce opportunities to work for Red Bull once graduated.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
