      No work-life balance. Long, inflexible, and inconvenient hours. Upper management does not care about you.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
