Pros
Flexibility, freedom, solid pay, endless amount of products, SBM's at other schools are some of the coolest people I've ever met.
Cons
Not a whole lot of structure, you have to be very self-motivated in order to excel. Not a lot of guidance; therefore, sometimes the job could be difficult/tedious.
