Pros
Pay is okay. Benefits are great. 401k is great. Does not require you to have much experience or education for each role.
Cons
Unreasonable work load. 10-12 hour days of physical labor for Account Sales Managers and 12-15 hours asked of District Sales Managers to be able to be successful. There is no personal life unless it is with Red Bull occupying your free time. Concerns aren't heard. Dismissed when they don't meet upper managements direction.
