It can be tricky to say no to some things, they play a lot on emotions and love towards the brand and company. They make you love it and then use it.

Good people, good benefits, good company brand

Cons

No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
