Pros

Highly flexible Amazing Pay $$$ Great experience Networking Contractually is part time, but I work full time hours due to my city being so big and always something to do. Red Bull is extremely generous with salaries across all departments except for ASM/Delivery who are goal based. Can't believe they pay us wings so much for what we do and I am so thankful to them for that, have changed my life so much. Business is still expanding and still so much consumers we could gain, lot's of opportunities. The level of production in this company is insane, truly they want the best of the best regarding everything. Work hard and play harder, they continually reward us for meeting goals and going out of our way to do company initiatives. They have taken us on a fully paid vacation and plan to do more! You will learn the in's & outs of sales, marketing, business development, supply chain management if you care enough to apply yourself and ask others in their departments, truly eye opening. I make so many contacts daily starting to feel like I know everyone in my city. The Red Bull HR department is unmatched!!! They truly do care and will take care of any concerns.

Cons

Nothing much I can complain about really. Just wish sometimes the "party" culture wasn't forced. Trust me I love to party and enjoy myself but sometimes you're looked at sideways for not wanting to participate in all night outings and drinking then be expected to be at a meeting the next morning at 8 a.m! IMPOSSIBLE & UNREALISTIC. >This company is not for you if you are a shy person, or very reserved. You will not last .............

Pros

- Plenty of autonomy over work - Great culture, coworkers, and benefits - Generous work-life balance

Cons

- Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
