      Pros

      Amazing culture, lots of perks, gathering the best people, international, full of innovation, makes you proud to work there, you have freedom.

      Cons

      Too much freedom leads to chaos. HQ is in Salzburg, small city mentality, it's a hard live for expats. Career wise you can't go too high, only local people tend to have management positions.
