Pros

You start early in the morning so you beat traffic into work.

Cons

Start early and get home late/ 12-14 stops a day have to inventory truck at mid day and send report back to warehouse manager. They micro-Manage you during the day. Then you have to deal with sucky management at store levels from Walmarts/fry's/Safeway/ then go to Circle K's and gas stations to liquor stores and wait to get checked into the store with product. Then when you get in you have to work up all the product, taking credits out and cleaning up you area on the shelfs. All of this and they have the nerve to ask you to conjure to sell into the stores to get more space so you can bring in more product. It's all about how much product they can shove into the accounts that how they make money.

Pros

- Plenty of autonomy over work - Great culture, coworkers, and benefits - Generous work-life balance

Cons

- Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
