I would NEVER recommend to anyone to work there. EXTREME disorganization. Too many decision makers are young with an incredible lack of experience. Management actually keeps you from succeeding. Most people in private will tell you they are unhappy. Over worked and underpaid. Overall very arrogant in an attempt to mask their inability.
