      Such a fun, and flexible student job that equipped me with life long skills in self-management, organisation, communication, and overall confidence.

      Zero hour position which meant pay was not always guaranteed, especially during covid

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
