Pros
New facility, everything is nice and clean
Cons
It seems like the bosses don’t really like or have a basic respect or support the people who do all the work in the URC, and that’s causing a lot of folks to quit or get fired. Many employees feel overlooked and way unappreciated, which is really tough. It looks like the leaders don't want to admit the real problems the workers are facing (except in private conversations), then they say the complete opposite in front of the entire staff... and that leads the staff to having no confidence. The bosses refuse to address the real issues that are actually coming from other departments. They have admitted this to the staff. So when things go wrong, the staff often gets blamed for issues that don't exist in the department or are completely outside of their control. Everyone just wants to feel supported and work together as a team, but that is not happening anytime soon. Leadership gossips about employees just to take them down a notch. It's not a good look.
