The hours worked for the Inside Sales position are grueling. Having to request to go to the bathroom really felt demeaning. The way in which you are always being pulled off the phone to have someone ask you why you didn't sell a product each call also added to the stress of the job. They promise a lot to you upfront but don't deliver on it. It is all a numbers game, and they will fire you and scare you with tactics such as moving you to lesser positions if you are not perform as they see fit.
