Pros
If you aren't afraid to break things, but are devoted to correcting and improving immediately, you'll love Red Ventures. Egos don't do well here, and defensiveness is not an option. I found that freeing, because it left me knowing exactly where I stood and how I could improve. Pay, raises and bonuses are generous if you embrace this philosophy.
Cons
The love of this company isn't universal. You either embrace "everything is written in pencil" or you don't. And Red Ventures understands that. They don't expect everyone to love the way they do things -- or to stay. I will say that the people who thrive stay there for years.
