If you’re expecting even average pay, look somewhere else. I’ve been told so many times that I’d be getting raises or a promotion that never ended up happening. Very cult-like culture. People worship Ric as if he were their god when I’m reality he’s very fake in my opinion. During AEMs he’ll get so emotional but the second the cameras are off he’s back to business as usual with a stone face. This company and the higher-ups only care about their ego and how they’re seen. It’s all for social media.
