Pros

They do buy you lunch when they have a huge volume of calls in the call Q. But then they take your 1 hour lunch away from you and only give you 30 mins to eat the FREE LUNCH.

Cons

Only a 2 week training process - Which they teach you how to lie and miss lead the customer and to make the sale at all costs. They have 20 people in training and then put you on the phones and out of the 20 people 2-3 people make it past 3 months. They then have another 20 people in the next training class and its just a never ending revolving door. No job stability - If your numbers (which are set a rate that are not attainable) they put you on a 10 day PIP in which if you don't bring your numbers up they fire you. Constantly switching your work hours with minimal notice of the switch. Managers are regular phone agents that have been there less then a year. In a 4 month period I had 3 different managers. All my managers quite the management role and went back to the phones because they are only good at one thing. Lying and deceiving customers to make sales. Managers talk to you like you are a dog and bark orders to you and are constantly yelling and ordering you lie to the customer at all cost to make the sale. They force you to push the customer into buying and you are told not to let the customer off the phone intill either two things happen. Either they buy DTV or they hang the phone up on you. False promises - They lure people in with say'n "You can make $5,000 a month" which is unattainable. Every month they change the commission plan to different numbers so you never know what you are going to make in commission. $10 an hour base and at best $600 - $1,000 average monthly commission. Some months you make no commission at all. This is the most unethical company I have ever worked at. Be very careful of this company and the people that work there. They are Devils in sheeps clothing capitalizing on weak minded people. Worst company I have ever work for and looking to exit very soon.
