Simultaneously, cuts happen to great team members due to the continual decline of the company's financial state which has created a very imbalanced, top heavy, toxic environment. The amount of manipulation from management and HR I have witnessed is unsettling. Do not make the mistake of joining this company unless you are desperate for a paycheck.
