Pros

good benefits, excellent 401k and medical, dental, etc. It's a commission sales position. if you do not sell they won't keep you. Period

Cons

Difficult to deal with changing comp plans, sales goals, script changes. Within the month goals and selling strategies will change dramatically. Adapt or else. Ask permission to go to the bathroom. Seriously. You are very expendable. Rapid turnover. Micro-management is an understatement. Extremely stressful work environment. Pressure cooker. Feels like dog years one year here is like 7 years somewhere else. Unprofessional office atmosphere, Be prepared to get shot in the head with a nerf gun when you are trying to close a difficult sale. Coaching from management is essential to success but it won't happen because there are calls on hold so sorry. Only time off the phone is for product change, qa violation or we're putting your stuff in a box and here is the door get out. I worked there almost 6 years and it didn't used to be this way. Company grew way too fast and have people in positions that don't belong there. CEO said many times "they are running a race against bureaucracy that we will eventually lose" Guess what Ric? You lost.

high trust environment, opportunities to learn, grow, make an impact, often working in green field projects

Cons

culture is changing as they move to be more corporate, pay is mid/low
