Pros
Great pay...pretty much the only thing. If you are willing to have no life outside of work to see family or friends, you can make life changing money.
Cons
No work life balance, working at night and all weekend. 30 seconds between long phone calls. You hear the radio ads about hiring 500 people, that's because 500 have quit that month! I stayed for 6 months and 90% of people I started with had quit.
