1. No salary on time, either you get late salary or salary in installments as they never have funds to clear the salaries. I don't understand that why they hiring people if they don't have enough funds. 2. No increment / No Appraisal 3. They always hold your salary once you leave the organisation. whether you leave by giving proper notice still they hold your salary and you keep on follow up with them to clear salary. 4. The finance department is pathetic, and is of no use. 5. HR deptt. is not helpful to employees.
