      Pros

      No Pros from my side. waste of time. Full of politics and company has no finance. Reviews which are good are submitted by the HR from current employees forcefully not by their own.

      Cons

      No salaries for current and relieving employees. Full politics playing by manager. Manager is BC there. Perfect example of mithi churi. CEO is dumb and full of EGO. She thinks she is very cool and intelligent but manager is making her chut*** all the time. No growth, nothing to learn. have a very bakwas project and making changes on it all time again and again and has no market value.

      Pros

      The only pros which i found that there is flexibility in office hours.

      Cons

      1. No salary on time, either you get late salary or salary in installments as they never have funds to clear the salaries. I don't understand that why they hiring people if they don't have enough funds. 2. No increment / No Appraisal 3. They always hold your salary once you leave the organisation. whether you leave by giving proper notice still they hold your salary and you keep on follow up with them to clear salary. 4. The finance department is pathetic, and is of no use. 5. HR deptt. is not helpful to employees.

      Great culture and work environment.

      Pros

      - I have been working here for more than a year and it is one of the best companies in Chandigarh to work with. - Management is very supportive and helpful. - The place offers a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. - Work life balance. - Very good company for freshers as well. They have one of the best on-boarding training sessions.

      Cons

      Coffee machine not available. Other than that it's a great working place.
