Pros

At RedChip, you will find yourself working in a truly world-class investor relations & media production environment. In this, you will find yourself brushing shoulders (daily) with some of the world's leading entrepreneurs, investors, and other subject matter experts who are quite inspirational in their own right.

Cons

Just as with any Michelin Star restaurant, you should not be surprised to find that in the capital markets, perfection knows no limits. Meaning, to provide white-glove representation to RedChip's global client base, you need to be ready to potentially work long hours to bridge time zone differences and work under pressure to meet mission-critical deadlines. Don't come into the kitchen if you can't take the heat!

Pros

Employees do a great job of training and educating new hires. The fast paced environment provides exciting days and a easy space to learn.

Cons

Like all companies there are a few issues, but nothing that alters the valuable experience that I had here.

Pros

In the relatively short time I have been with RedChip, relative of course to most of the employees who have been with RC for years, my life has changed in ways I could never in a million years have foreseen. To have gone from a kid from a know-nothing drive-through town, to a Specialist at RedChip whose DAILY routine involves engaging with some of the most pivotal minds in finance, pharmacology, resource management, software engineering, logistics, automobile engineering, and energy production in order to facilitate the growth of our amazing clients is nothing shy of a miracle; and I have Greater RedChip to thank for this. Anybody, and I really do mean anybody who has actually, truly worked for or with RedChip will tell you that they are prouder, more professionally confident, and more mentally flexible as a result of the high-growth minded environment that we try to maintain.

Cons

As someone who has worked with significant social anxiety in the past, it can be difficult to navigate conversations and social exchanges with coworkers and clients who have worked on Wall Street for many decades; time is money, so don’t ever waste it. BUT If you learn quickly, stay on your toes, try to “shake it off” when things don’t go your way, always be willing to take a lesson from a colleague, and try your best every day (A) you will learn more about finance than you ever could elsewhere (B) you will become gradually more confident in yourself as a result and (C) you will be rewarded well for doing so, just as I have.
