I've been with RedCloud for just over two months now and have had a very enjoyable time so far. I'm staffed on a project working on an interesting project. So far, I've had nothing but good things to say for RedCloud following through on everything they said they would. Additionally, encouraging ethical and honest business practices which is not the same as every other place I've worked.
Cons
Very high growth company, just hope they don't loose sight of what matters as they grow so fast. Not as much vacation time allotted as previous employers, but not having to accrue it is nice.

I think you've given us a new tag line...the 3 E's: Ethical, Engaged and Energetic. We may use that! We keep saying ethics, what we refer to internally as our corporate moral compass, shouldn't be a market differentiator. Yet it continues to be. We'll keep doing what we're doing and are thankful for you and the rest of our employees extending this mentality and practice everyday with eachother and our clients.
Trusted from day one—my experience and expertise were valued immediately.
Strong autonomy to explore and implement the best solutions.
Friendly, welcoming, and collaborative culture.
Great flexibility supporting work-life balance.
Leadership is open to adopting new processes and technology.
Great pay, interesting/challenging projects, industry leading clients, freedom to handle projects how you see fit (once you prove yourself on a few projects), solid work/life balance, upper management make themselves available often to bounce ideas off of.
Cons
Benefits are lacking (no parental leave for birth of child, insurance is so-so, few days off outside of national holidays)
