      Great company to work for

      Pros

      -Excellent place to learn and network -Contagiously intellectual team of people -The company provides you with everything you need to be successful. It's then up to the individual to thrive and innovate

      Cons

      Occasionally the work-life balance, depending on which client you are working with, can ebb and flow. However, that isn't necessarily a bad thing as it can keep you on your feet.

      Pros

      Everyone seems really happy at RedCloud and it doesn’t surprise me. The managing partners are awesome: As leaders, professionals, and great people in general. I have only positive things to say about both of them and everyone else I work with. No perk is better than a positive workplace. I believe that everyone who works here is valued and appreciated for the different things they bring to the table. I also really like that there are opportunities to learn and grow professionally. It's nice to work for a company with heart: I'm happy RedCloud gives back to the community and I get to be a part of that as much as I like. I believe people who are proactive, have a positive attitude and great work ethic will be really happy to work at RedCloud.

      Cons

      There's nothing I dislike about the company: The work environment is ideal for me, so I wouldn't change a thing. In general, if you're someone who feels more comfortable micromanagement and needs a lot of guidance, the industry wouldn't really be the best fit.

      Pros

      It is a great place for career development and grow as the company foster an environment of collaboration among consultants to succeed as well as providing support to go to the next level. The rates are very competitive and transparency is the bread of every day.

      Cons

      Having at the moment most of the business opportunities with a major client limit the opportunities and possibilities to continue with the company due to the client contractors tenure's policies.
