      Pros

      Great management team: Loyal, honest and best of all, they are there for me. Part of a fast growing environment that is uncovering new and exciting projects for us to work on. They've done this before and know how and how not to go about building a strong business with a fun environment.

      Cons

      The team is running pretty lean right now, with only a few managers, but that is to be expected when in a growth mode.

      Trusted from day one—my experience and expertise were valued immediately. Strong autonomy to explore and implement the best solutions. Friendly, welcoming, and collaborative culture. Great flexibility supporting work-life balance. Leadership is open to adopting new processes and technology.

      Pros

      Great pay, interesting/challenging projects, industry leading clients, freedom to handle projects how you see fit (once you prove yourself on a few projects), solid work/life balance, upper management make themselves available often to bounce ideas off of.

      Cons

      Benefits are lacking (no parental leave for birth of child, insurance is so-so, few days off outside of national holidays)
