Pros
I have worked for RedCloud Consulting for over 10 years. I have enjoyed the personal attention they provide to their consultants - always thinking about how to make our lives better on and off the job. Principals Brett and Brett are engaged in the business and reach out to consultants with accolades and sometimes just to see how things are going. Very approachable, which has created sense of community and loyalty.
Cons
I cannot think of any cons. I hear RCC is one of the better boutique consulting firms in the Seattle area. I have had several consultants from other firms ask for introductions.
