Pros
- company culture pre-IPO - extremely good benefits for role/compensation - free stuff (albeit mixed quality)
Cons
- clunky CRM software (before zendesk was a nightmare and that transition wasn't easy) - little to no upward mobility even with encouragement to interview for positions, and having provided pivotel changes in company (training outsource team for example) - lots of management changes, which makes it hard to stay focused/know what's expected of you
