Pros
Higher pay than surrounding positions, but the down side is you do work nights and every other weekend.
Cons
Horrible work/family life balance. Low patient volume, not respected as medical clinic, truly treated as retail with expectations of how to upsell every patient with the claim of providing a service of wellness to the community. They also expect you to market which does include telemarketing (yep thats what I said...telemarketing!!!!)
