Sign on bonus is contractual. Usually 24 months. If you leave prior to your contract being up they make you pay it back and will take from your paychecks. They do not care about the patients or their staff. All about the money. Incompetent management starting with the Vice President all the way down the chain of command. This place is a liability to your license. They encourage the clinicians/assistants to follow a "constellation of symptoms" which is NOT evidence based and is all about squeezing an extra dollar out of you. I was very disappointed by the lack of integrity of the company. And there is no purpose of going to HR or the supervisors because they are probably their cousin.
