Management is disorganized; Frequent leadership changes and recurring restructures / layoffs create a constant sense of insecurity. The culture felt overly driven by short-term optics for fundraising rather than sustainable product and team building. We had a recurring ‘Friday Werewolf’ episode. Let go immediately after feature pre-release, with zero handover and an ‘out within two hours’.
