Pros

RedPoint is a team of dedicated, smart pros passionate about the future of customer engagement. If you're committed to your craft and want to work somewhere that values and acknowledges your impact, this is a place for you. Also, there is flexibility in remote work as long as you get your job done on deadline. The CEO is very approachable and listens to feedback about the company.

Cons

The benefits are very good overall, except for the maternity/paternity leave. It's the minimum as required by law.

Pros

They pay really well, but that is the only good thing about this company. Everything is all over the place, they constantly change the public-facing name of the product. Seriously, I was there for 3 years and it had at least 5-7 different names. Accelerator, rg1, Redpoint CDP, the list goes on. Oh, and then there was the phase where we weren't ALLOWED to refer to it as a CDP to our prospects, and then 6 months later we started calling the product "Redpoint CDP"... Don't even get me started on the marketing/branding. The logo has changed and recently, they changed the website. Somehow, the logo and website design is WORSE than it was before. There is absolutely no brand awareness because there is no brand strategy. It is not surprising that we can't compete with the likes of the competitors. Honestly, everything needs an overhaul from the ground up. Training is god-awful, there is a complete disconnect between cross-functional teams. It's miserable, but easy and like I said, decent enough money to tolerate it.

Cons

See above. Absolute nightmare other than the pay
