Pros

RedPoint is a team of dedicated, smart pros passionate about the future of customer engagement. If you're committed to your craft and want to work somewhere that values and acknowledges your impact, this is a place for you. Also, there is flexibility in remote work as long as you get your job done on deadline. The CEO is very approachable and listens to feedback about the company.

Cons

The benefits are very good overall, except for the maternity/paternity leave. It's the minimum as required by law.

As an intern I was given the opportunity to work on real world projects that had helped me with improving my skills as a multimedia artist, even though it is generally an IT company. My handler was very pleasant to work with and she gives me a comprehensive reviews on my projects to further enhance my output. It is output based. So as long as you do your job well, you are willing to improve and hone your skills, and you are not a quitter, there will be no problem. COMFORT WHILE WORKING. 1 Casual attire is allowed. 2 Employees were allowed to work from home. 3 Great Workplace in Makati 4 Nice work environment 5 Occasional Free Food 6 you can bring your kids/wife/family to a regular workday if you want STRESS FREE ENVIRONMENT if you know what you are doing. Past employees that are not helpful and cause more damage to the company naturally weed themselves out.

Cons

You'll find yourself resigning if you can't keep up with the work. Theft cases, but she resigned when she was caught.
