Redstamp as a company is that emotionally abusive, narcissist ex you wish you never dated. They are all talk - kind and inviting, even endearing at first, but the more you get to know this company the more you see the ugly mess underneath. Either they don’t know what they are doing or they do and they are incredibly calculated and manipulative. Either way, it’s not a good place to be.
Management’s word doesn’t mean anything. No follow through, and constantly changing goal posts then gaslighting you when you bring it up.
Lots of nice ideas that don’t come to fruition. They will take from you whatever they can and keep trying to sweet talk you while secretly trying to undercut you.
The big new office is more full of furniture than staff because of high turnover. They seem to be wasting money on things like big screen TVs that sit unused and top of the line desks that are mostly empty.
Very top heavy. More upper management than needed and they are all white dudes despite the company’s supposed equitable ideals. This is not LGBTQ safe space, despite what they say. A lot of the team have less than accepting attitudes. Again, it’s all talk.
Redstamp was one of the most disappointing, ethically dubious, and frustrating places I have ever worked. Avoid unless you are a workaholic, like being underpaid, or appreciate being undervalued.
