Pros
Redstamp has absolutely figured out how to create an inclusive and fun company culture in the post-COVID remote workplace. Even as a contractor, I always felt part of the team and never excluded or treated like a temporary employee. Their client roster is full of up and coming start-ups out of both the US and Canada, with a wide range of project opportunities for all experiences in digital marketing and brand development. Additionally, I have also never worked with an agency that places a high value on process and respect for the Project Management approach within all departments of the company (creative, technology, UX, etc.). Their adoption of remote work tools such as Asana, Figma, Miro, etc. is also another testament to their commitment to making the remote work culture as seamless and painless as possible. The level of training provided by the executive team is also impressive and clearly shows through the professional work ethic that every employee embodied during my time with the agency. 10/10, would definitely work with them again.
Cons
Honestly, it's hard to find any cons within this agency. As a contractor, it can sometimes be a bit lonely since you're usually an employee on the outside looking in, but not in the case of Redstamp. When I first started, the contractor payment process was a bit lengthy and complicated, however the executive team addressed these issues immediately and eventually worked out the kinks during my time with them.
