Pros

Somehow they managed to hire amazing talent and really great personalities. However, most of them have been made redundant, resigned, or have checked out looking for a new opportunity.

Cons

As the other reviews fairly say, this company is desperately in need of new management. The current leadership team has no idea how to execute a vision for which there is clearly a lot of market opportunity even in those tough economic conditions. It is supposed to be a start-up where talent is given space to experiment, but none of that is given. It's a constant uphill battle trying to prove to the leadership that 2+2 is 4. Provided no drastic changes are made to how the business is run, it is very likely to run out of funds and cease to operate. It is likely to be a sad outcome for Reejig. The opportunity and the funding were there, but so much effort and resources have been wasted on initiatives not resulting in any outcome. Other reviews accurately mention extremely high attrition. Half of the staff who were there a year ago are no longer at Reejig. You do the maths. Unless you are desperate for a job, I do not recommend joining Reejig.

Pros

- Caring leadership - Great product, this is going to go! - Abundant opportunity to shine - Fantastic people and culture

Cons

- If you don't understand startups it can be tough, you're building the plane while flying it! (If you do know what it's like to work in a scaling startup, please disregard as a con) - If you're looking to clock in at 9 and leave at 5 with an hour lunch and no asks outside that time it might not be for you (yet!). I feel very balanced in my work personally and the calls/work outside 9-5 are 100% doable, I just say it as anyone looking for rigid daily tasks and clock in/clock out times might find the work cumbersome. What is great is that the company realizes it and helps its employees make time for themselves along the way. The majority of my day is standard office hours so I never mind putting more in outside work whenever needed.

Pros

Having been a part of Reejig for some time now, the mission is why i joined. Like any start up its been hit by the economy so we have had to do more with less.

Cons

A couple of things they need to work on The drive we have is awesome, but it often leads to extended work hours. A bit more emphasis on a balanced schedule would be great.
