It is too stressful. There is a rush to get things done and you will be in trouble if something goes wrong which it often does. The managers will get together to blame somebody else all the time.
The same as other reviews on here are that it is not as good as it used to be. Things are breaking and take a long time to fix now. So many people have left Refeyn mostly because they are not happy and have less stress in other jobs. there is no chance of promotions here because it is such a small company and only if you are friends with the managers will they care about you. They think the perks are the best but they are worse than similar companies (the pension is so bad!). They always just change managers and teams when things go wrong. I was changed 4 times in 1.5 years.
