This company operates more like a labor contractor than a real employer. You’re treated as a disposable resource for their U.S. clients. There’s no focus on your career growth, learning, or long-term development. You may be promised a good salary at the start, but don’t be surprised if they stop paying it later, citing arbitrary reasons. The environment is unstable — hire and fire is the norm. Don’t expect loyalty, transparency, or respect. You're just a billable body to them, nothing more. If you’re unemployed and desperate, maybe consider it as a temporary stop.
