If you've read the reviews of RegenLab and noticed the recurring themes, yet still decide to accept a position there, you are either incredibly naïve or truly desperate. Whatever your reason, prepare yourself for one of the most unprofessional, unpredictable, insecure, insensitive, deceptive, and abusive work experiences imaginable.
Everything you've already read about the CEO and president will likely begin to make sense very quickly. The position you were originally hired to perform may change almost immediately, and you may find yourself assigned entirely new responsibilities that were never discussed during the hiring process—often without the tools, support, or authority necessary to succeed. That, however, will not prevent management from repeatedly criticizing and berating you for being as ineffective as they are. If you hear "you have to have thick skin to work here", that translates to our expectations are completely unreasonable and impossible to achieve. Start your next job search the moment you walk out of those elevators on your first day — you're going to need it.
