Pros

There were definitely some perks to this: amazing coworkers once you get to know them, decent benefits, and good resume builder.

Cons

Where to begin: If I can save just one person from applying to this job, then that’s what I’ll do. I understand everyone’s experience here can be different, but for me, it was quite the opposite. Though my time here was short-lived, because they can’t seem to handle any employee pushback, I’ve definitely learned my lesson on what to look out for in a job. The upper management, in lack of better words, have to be the worst people I have ever met. They are micro-managers, consistently threaten your employment, and are completely unrealistic with their business goals. They devalue their employees constantly, and have fired many like livelihoods aren’t at stake. I feel sorry for a company that could have so much potential, yet I wouldn’t be shocked if the founder’s business completely sinks. I also feel sorry for the current employees there that refuse to speak up because if they do, they’ll get fired. I write this simply to help anyone avoid who cares about their worth as an employee, and make sure you are willing to deal with the horrendous treatment that comes with this job.

Cons

If you've read the reviews of RegenLab and noticed the recurring themes, yet still decide to accept a position there, you are either incredibly naïve or truly desperate. Whatever your reason, prepare yourself for one of the most unprofessional, unpredictable, insecure, insensitive, deceptive, and abusive work experiences imaginable. Everything you've already read about the CEO and president will likely begin to make sense very quickly. The position you were originally hired to perform may change almost immediately, and you may find yourself assigned entirely new responsibilities that were never discussed during the hiring process—often without the tools, support, or authority necessary to succeed. That, however, will not prevent management from repeatedly criticizing and berating you for being as ineffective as they are. If you hear "you have to have thick skin to work here", that translates to our expectations are completely unreasonable and impossible to achieve. Start your next job search the moment you walk out of those elevators on your first day — you're going to need it.
