Pros
You get paid double time if you work on your birthday or holidays! But, in all seriousness, they are a seemingly down to earth company to work for. I haven't felt much rigidity come from corporate except in budgets.
Cons
They really seem money centered. Yes, it's a hotel management company and if they don't manage the money well we ALL lose our jobs. I understand that. But, this management company in comparison to others does not pay very well... They do not do background checks...
