Properties are well maintained & of decent quality compared to others in the marketplace

Management at the property level especially is the "good ol boys club" - things are done the same way as when the hotel opened, but different results are expected. Change or innovation are strongly and violently discouraged.
You get paid double time if you work on your birthday or holidays! But, in all seriousness, they are a seemingly down to earth company to work for. I haven't felt much rigidity come from corporate except in budgets.
Cons
They really seem money centered. Yes, it's a hotel management company and if they don't manage the money well we ALL lose our jobs. I understand that. But, this management company in comparison to others does not pay very well...
They do not do background checks...
