The physicians are amazing, they are truly passionate about what they do and love doing it! They are always available for support and willing to assist in any way possible. They have amazing core values and treat every patient with diligent care. I've always been very proud to represent such an amazing group of doctors! They offer great benefits and truly care about their employees.

There really aren't any cons, they treat their employees with great respect and care about their employees.

No overnights or weekends, outpatient setting

Lack of benefits, lack of support, lack of respect and low pay - a lot of micromanaging not in a respectable or constructive way. Power trips (beware)
