Pros
Concept is fantastic- rented office space with a administrative staff. Environment is very professional and you oversee up to 50 different clients housed if not more dependent on location. You get to wear many different hats as each companies needs and mission statement differs.
Cons
While this may no longer be the case, there was a heavily enforced strict dress code: only solid pastels tops (no prints or beading- I was sent home to change for beading on my sleeve that my blazer covered), suits only in blue, black, or gray.
