Pros

1.They are an international company based out of Kuwait, operational in 20 countries (EMENA, USA, etc.). 2.Exposure to a global market and international clients. 3.Some opportunity to learn cross-border business models and practices. 4.Good image amongst the other partners. 5.The brand has managed to build a decent reputation externally despite internal issues. 6.Strong digital presence and visible in major travel booking platforms. 7.If they mend their ways, they can do wonders as a company. 8.They have a solid market base and a good customer reach that can be leveraged with proper leadership. 9.With proper HR structure, payment transparency, and employee care, they could truly scale up and retain talent. 10.Diverse team from various parts of the country and abroad. 11.Offers the potential to collaborate with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds. 12.A few departments do have some talented and supportive team members who try to help each other despite challenges.

Cons

1.There are salary delays, pending salaries, no timely response. 2.Employees often have to follow up multiple times to get basic answers about salary status. 3.No fixed date for salary credit, making financial planning difficult. 4.Delay in full and final payment as well; many people are still awaiting one of their pending salaries along with FNF. 5.Several ex-employees have reportedly been waiting for months with no clear communication from the company. 6.No official channel or timeline shared for resolving FNF-related issues. 7.Irresponsible HR, Finance, and founder as well. 8.Concerns raised are usually ignored or brushed off without resolution. 9.Lack of professionalism and accountability across leadership roles. 10.One of the colleagues, a fresher, joined maybe a month or two ago—her salary was on hold. When she was unwell and hospitalized, they still didn’t release her salary and her father had to come and take her to her hometown as she was from a different state. 11.No empathy shown towards employee well-being or critical situations. 12.Similar experiences have been shared by other team members as well, indicating a pattern. 13.High attrition rate due to poor employee treatment. 14.Many skilled employees leave within months due to unstable work environment and lack of trust.
