When she was unwell and hospitalized, they still didn’t release her salary and her father had to come and take her to her hometown as she was from a different state. 11.No empathy shown towards employee well-being or critical situations. 12.Similar experiences have been shared by other team members as well, indicating a pattern. 13.High attrition rate due to poor employee treatment. 14.Many skilled employees leave within months due to unstable work environment and lack of trust.

Initially Salaries came on time, HR conducted events on last fridays. Was a good atmosphere but company then started delaying salaries and HR started deducting for any absurd reason. I was WFH and HR deducted major pay saying it was not authorised when my manager who had already quit had approved it.
