Rarely honor time off requests (and if they do they make you wait until the week of the request - who can plan Dr's appts or vacations with that type of response system?) For the 4 years I worked there I was allowed to step away, clock out and take a lunch only a handful of times. I don't know that I recall ever getting a 15 minute paid break either.. Management will listen to your calls in the open in front of everyone in the office. There is absolutely no training in terms of education or knowledge of the industry and management does not back you up on phones with irate customers. I felt left to drown and immense pressure to lie to customers. Also felt very unsafe and as though our health and safety was not a priority during the pandemic. No work life balance, they will gladly group text at 10pm & expect a response but again, can't respond about YOUR needs. I never witnessed any amount of diversity in the workplace. I would not recommend working at Reimer for any length of time.
