Money is great as long as you don't say that the GM did something wrong or else magically those opportunities disappear.

Literally everything else. The hours are expected to be at a 70 hour a week minimum and if the person on call after you sucks or is lazy you are working 2 or 3 weeks straight without a day off.
They were willing to give me a pay increase of $2.00 per hour and offer commission opportunities.

They came in and bought up a small company that I had been working at for almost a full year, and turned everything on its head. Management has no clue what’s going on and is very VERY careless about their technicians. Would have to say it’s not a good opportunity at all. Don’t recommend
