      Pros

      You get to choose your own hours, and the people in the company are great.

      Cons

      Despite flexibility in schedules, there are still some hours that are more profitable than others. Many changes in the company have been unfavorable for coaches, and the supports that were put in place before have been mostly removed.

      Pros

      Its fulfilling and they are understanding if you do not feel comfortable coaching someone.

      Cons

      It went from free speaking to scripted and you got in trouble if you went off script. Some coaches would give positive feedback and another coach would give negative about the exact same situation so knowing where to improve was difficult.
