      Pros

      Incredible management team, I feel supported, encouraged and appreciated in my efforts within my role. I have had more fulfilment and growth in this role than any other I have had previously. I find the environment exciting, dynamic and challenging in a really positive way. I love the team I work with and really value their sincere efforts to support clients and the overall vision of the company. It's also a really fun place to work.

      Cons

      I live in a pretty remote location so at times working from the home office can be a little isolating.

      - Remote, flexible work. Choose your own hours - Management very responsive and supportive to my needs as an employee - Haven't had a problem getting time off - Took extended leave for personal reasons earlier this year and was very emotionally supported and was able to come back to my role when I was able - Support you studying outside of this role - Colleagues are eager to collaborate and work with you and help

      Pros

      Choose your own hours, Full training provided, fully remote, freedom to travel and work. Unlike other remote jobs, where you have no concrete schedule, your scheduled shifts mean you don't end up working 24/7. Once your shift is over you can disconnect and do your own thing. Being a new company, things are often changing and your input is always considered not just by management, but the founders themselves.

      Cons

      You're a contractor rather then an employee, which requires you to pay your own tax and leaves you without sick days or annual leave.
